How to order
1. Select Product
Click “shop” middle section of the website. Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.
2. Add to cart
Choose your desired size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase. Shortly you will be redirected to checkout page, and you can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or PROCEED TO ORDER.
3. Review Your Bag
Click on the SHOPPING BAG icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items.
4. Check Out
If you decide to finalise your order, click PROCEED TO ORDER.
You can modify your account details and review your order history in section in the right top of our website.
Please note our working days are from Monday - Friday. The post office is open from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday). As we strive to offer the best and fast service, all orders will be shipped one working day after payment has been made.
Refund & Return
Kindly be informed that we do not offer refunds, however you may exchange it with any of our available items that hold the same price.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to email@example.com. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.
To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:
